Bria Griffin

Hi! My name is Bria Griffin and I am a group fitness instructor at HHF! My fitness journey began when I was young with gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading. I carried that drive for cheerleading through college at the University of Central Arkansas from 2010-2014, where I also obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, and Masters degree in Occupational Therapy degree. Those four years of Division 1 college cheer allowed me to be in the best shape of my life in my early 20s. But, while in grad school, I became less active and after graduation I took my first group fitness class. I fell in love with the people and the energy! I went through another period of inactivity after having my son during Covid. After two years, I got to a point where I wasn’t newly postpartum anymore and ready to make a change.

I came to Campbell and Hodge Health and Fitness with my personal goals and concerns, and began eating healthy and taking a variety of classes.

After just a few short months at Hodge, I could tell a huge difference in how I looked and how I felt! And I felt compelled to help others going through the same physical and emotional rollercoaster I myself had been through. This led me to becoming Schwinn and Barre Above certified.

Through the careful planning of each class coupled with custom-created musical playlists, I strive to ensure each and every group session is not only allowing others to see the results they want to see, but also to bring about a sense of camaraderie and comfort.

You can find me the schedule in the early mornings or weekends teaching barre, pilates, strength, hiit, or cycle. I hope to see you soon!
