Hi! My name is Brooke Hidalgo and I’m so glad you’ve found your way to Hodge Health & Fitness!
Three years ago, when I moved to Central Arkansas after 4 years of college at The University of Arkansas, I found myself in a brand-new environment: post-grad, unsure of my footing, and struggling with my self-confidence while trying to navigate the “real world.” I felt a little lost… until I walked into my first group fitness class.
I like to say working out brought my sparkle back, and it truly did, but it was so much more than that. Group fitness gave me community, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. It carried me through some of the biggest seasons of my life: starting my career, building relationships, becoming an aunt, celebrating my friends’ weddings, and preparing for my own. Marrying my husband, Ryan, was one of my greatest joys, and group fitness helped me feel my best, on my wedding day and every day after. Which is why we show up right? To feel and look our best so we can be our best.
That experience inspired me in a way I never expected, and now I’m passionate about creating that same life-changing energy for others. I want to help people invest in themselves, mentally and physically, so they can discover how strong, capable, and worthy they truly are.
I’m confident in my ability to lead, connect, and make every person who walks into class feel encouraged, challenged, and seen. My goal is simple: to help you discover your strength, find your sparkle, and leave each class feeling more empowered than when you came in.
You will find me at HHF morning or evening, taking classes & teaching them; most often in the barre & reformer rooms where I teach Barre, Ignite, Mat Pilates, & Pilates Reformer.
Let’s put in the work, have fun, and grow together. See you soon!
