Campbell Hodge

Hello, my name is Campbell Hodge and I am the owner and founder of Hodge Health and Fitness! I embarked on this journey into the fitness realm during my time at the University of Central Arkansas, where I ultimately got my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 2016 with double minors in nutrition and addiction studies. I specifically decided I wanted to get into the world of coaching fitness after sitting in on a kinesiology department talk during Bear Facts Day when I was an ambassador at UCA. I learned that, through my degree, health and fitness is much broader than one could imagine. For example, over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working with an extremely wide range of people including high school athletes, college students, young professionals, couples preparing for their wedding, women gearing their body up for pregnancy, women during pregnancy, post-partum moms, stay-at-home moms, working moms, physicians and law students looking for stress relief, women going through menopause, 50- and 60-year-old individuals looking to stay in shape, and even a 70-year-old competitive skier! I’m constantly doing research and continuing to educate myself on everything health and fitness to be able to provide the most up-to-date and effective methods to my clients.

I began teaching group fitness in the spring of 2017, and began teaching personal training in the summer of that same year. I’ve taught everything from cycling, yoga, and barre, to bootcamp, strength, and pilates reformer. I am also certified in Schwinn Cycling, Barre Above, SCW Flowing Yoga, and as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.

For Hodge Health and Fitness as a whole, the gym started off just as personal, small group training during 2020 at the height of COVID. I did this both in-home and virtually. I opened the first Hodge Health and Fitness location in downtown Conway in January of 2022, but moved to our current location in January of 2024. I currently teach approximately 15 classes per week and personally train approximately 30 clients. I also virtually train 20 clients and have more than 20 nutrition clients at the moment.

In my personal life, my husband Daniel and I are parents to two incredible littles and our dog, Olive. We love to travel and enjoy spending time in the garden and in the kitchen.
