Matt Jackson
My name is Matt Jackson. My wife Kenly and I are parents to two adorable dogs; Aspen, a mini Aussie; and Penny, a Corgi mix. I am an avid hiker and backpacker with an overarching goal of climbing some of the seven summits. If I’m not out hiking, I love to spend my time playing tennis or disc golf whenever possible. I’m a die hard Razorback fan, so when there is a game on of any kind, I’m glued to the tv or in the stadium calling the hogs!
My passion for fitness began in high school when I had a personal trainer of my own, which led me to obtain ISSA personal training and nutrition specialist certifications followed by a degree in exercise science from UCA. I am currently an exercise physiologist at CHI St. Vincent where I lead the cardiac rehab department. I specialize in strength training, longevity training, and chronic disease/pain. My number one goal as a personal trainer is to make sure my clients have the tools necessary to continue their fitness journey the rest of their life and love every second of it.
