Beth Kincannon
Hi! My name is Beth Kincannon. I am from Fort Smith, Arkansas and moved to Conway last August to begin the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at UCA.
Growing up, I was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, which played a big role in developing my passion for movement. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in December 2024 with a degree in Exercise Science. Before starting physical therapy school last fall, I took a gap semester and taught reformer Pilates at a studio in Fayetteville. During that time, I discovered the gift that movement truly is and the sense of community that group fitness can create.
Attending classes keeps me accountable, engaged, and encouraged, while also allowing my mind to take a break from the stresses of everyday life. Since August, Hodge has provided me with a fun and supportive community, challenging classes, and something I genuinely look forward to each day.
I used to feel that moving my body was something I had to do, but I have learned that it is something I get to do. In my classes, I strive to create an encouraging environment while promoting intentional movement and confidence in every person.
I am so excited to instruct at Hodge and look forward to getting to know each of you!
