I’m a Central Arkansas girl and have lived here my whole life! I got into group fitness while I was in college and eventually became an instructor about a year and four months ago. I love teaching spin and sculpt! Outside of the gym, I’m a pediatric speech therapist and dog mom to Oakley and Ellie!
